I would like to introduce a few things about myself. My name is Le Nguyen Khang. I live in Ho Chi Minh City. I just graduated from TMI College Singapore with a major in International Hotel Management. I am currently improving my qualifications further by taking an additional course to become an international bachelor at the University of Northamton. I am a careful, friendly person who likes to help people and can work under high pressure. My hobbies are traveling, swimming and reading.
Knowledge of hotel management, good communication in English. Proficient in hotel front desk operations such as checking in, checking out for guests, making temporary residence declaration procedures, consulting services and answering questions from guests. Warmth, openness, diligence, meticulousness and understanding of some diplomatic rules, etiquette, customs, and guest psychology of some countries are my outstanding strengths. I look forward to making the most of my working capacity with an essential position at the hotel. The effort to learn, work in a professional environment and many development opportunities here is an opportunity for me to strive for a high position in the next few years.
