I completed my degree with Hotel Management major at The Japan Hotel School in 2019. During my college years, I went internship at three different hotels and resorts as Banquet Service, Housekeeping and Waitress. After graduation, I worked at Andaz Tokyo as Receptionist for two and a half years. At Andaz Tokyo, they operated a unique system that being a Receptionist did not mean I only work at Front Desk but also taking over from other colleagues at Bell Desk. Apart from that, concierge and housekeeping was not on duty for 24 hours, therefore I covered their job outside their working hours, especially on night shift. Furthermore, I had a chance to support at Ao Spa as a Spa Receptionist in two months to welcome, escort Spa Members and Hotel Guests, assist guests to book the massage reservations. That was a great chance for me to enhance my knowledge at different departments. I have just returned to Vietnam on October, 2021 and had a break time in my hometown for 2 months. To gain more experience in different role, I moved to Phu Quoc Island and started working at Fusion Resort Phu Quoc as Fusionista since December. We take care our guests before they arrive, while they stay with us and even after they already check out. Fusionista is a local friend that guests can come to us and look for any information, share with us every moment of their stay, assist them with their request for special day like anniversary, birthday.
