Manage FIT & GIT reservations from hotel distributions: Brand.com, OTA, GDS, Direct,... via phone, email, OTA extranet to ensure that all room bookings are performed as per the brand standards. Check arrival lists, special filling arrangements, meal plan codes follow-up report and update correct input of origin, rates and special arrangement, VIP etc daily to ensure that all reservations are recorded and other departments are involved & informed about the same. Follow-up "no-show" list and group wash-down daily, then report to Reservation Manager and Revenue Manage to ensure maximization of room sales and revenue for the hotel. Export and check daily pickup report, monthly distribution channels commission to make sure that all data is correct and transfer to related department. Train new team member/trainee to make sure a high level of product knowledge and the house policies are followed at all times. Perform all other tasks as requested by management. Working at a representative office at HCM City. Handling GIT bookings, FIT bookings from several sources such as booking engine on the hotel's website, incoming phone call, email, wholesale, social networking... and VIP bookings from owner. Checking daily expected arrivals, highlighting the special request from the guest to prepare the best service in order to welcome the guest on the next day. Cooperating with other departments such as FO, FB, Sales, Marcom .... to solve the problem as SOP. Introducing the hotel products and travel options to the guest: accommodations, transportation, tourist attraction. Recording and reporting the issue to the Reservation Manager/Revenue Manager to seek for the best advice. Handling OTA bookings: Update PMS, follow the due time to settle payment, check monthly commission report. Recording the feedback from the guest about the existing room package, promotion, festive package and report to the manager. Therefore the higher level management can adjust/modify the detail to meet the guest's expectation and also optimize room capacity and effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
