My name’s Nhu Y. I’m 22 and I live in Can Tho City. I’m graduated from FPT University with a major in hotel management. While studying, has the opportunity to experience the following jobs. Firstly, I started with the reception- the cashier at Jump Arena Trampoline Park. And then I started to parallel that job with another job that is customer service for the beef hotpot restaurant of Redwok company. So, I realize that I am a person who has good time arrangement, responsible for work, can handle pressure very well and want to take on many challenges. This is assessed by managers on how I complete tasks and balance between study and works. Besides that, I used to intern at Sol by Melia Phu Quoc. I received a good comment about my communication, sociability, as well as flexibility what I said above, is my strong point. About weakness, as a young person, I do know that my biggest weakness is inexperience. But I believe that with my open mindset and my learning ability, I will definitely overcome this soon in the future. And I have a problem with English, I think this weakness. I know work in the hospitality industry I must good at in English. But I try my best to learn more to improve my English. Recently, I registration a course to study with a native speaker to improve English and increase confidence when I interact with foreigners. I feel I better before. And choose your business to apply for this job because I think work with environment use more English I will better. And working in the hospitality industry is what I like the most, that’s all the reason why I always want to try my best.

I have four years’ progressive experience in the hospitality industry, my initial role as a cashier at Jump Arena Trampoline Park. After that, I'm working in customer service in a beef hotpot Saigon restaurant. And intern in Sol by Melia PQ with restaurant staff. I’m well-versed in providing customer service to an upscale clientele, and I pride myself on my ability to quickly resolve problems so that our guests enjoy their time with us. And I’m flexible, I can rotate the work position or replace the position if the position is not available that day. And I can also do the holidays. At last, I have factors suit for the job such as a sense of responsibility, the ability to learn, the ability to work under pressure, careful, patient, enthusiasm, ease to work in a team. Besides, I have learned and practiced about service customers. Therefore, I firmly believe that I can adapt quickly and complete the assigned work. I'd like to learn more about the specific duties required of this position, which I look forward to in this job. However, I do understand that positions similar to this one pay in the range of 6.000.000 to 8.000.000 in our region. With my experience, skills, and certifications, I would expect to receive something in the range of 7.000.000 And such a salary will be suitable for my living expenses, this will help me not to worry much about costs and will help my work efficiency be better.
