My name is Trinh Phuong Nguyen and I have graduated from the Hospitality – Hotel and Restaurant Operations Management program at The Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning located in Toronto, Canada. I recently worked as a Guest Relation Officer at Hotel des Arts Saigon, a full-time in-training passenger service for Bamboo Airways at Tan Son Nhat International airport and in-training housekeeping supervisor at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort in Canada helps me pay more attention to details and speed. I also worked as a full-time server in the Dining Room at Deloitte University in Toronto which gives me hands-on experience in providing the highest quality of customer service in a corporate environment. These positions help me improve my communication skills, customer service and attention to details. I had the opportunity to work as an intern in the Banquet department of InterContinental Hotel, gave me experiences in serving the business guests from local and national people as well as assistance in managing banquet operations. Having served a wide range of customers in the Humber Room, Tea Shop 168 – Store 28, and Pho Rex Restaurant, I am comfortable dealing with all types of guests – from businesspeople to students - professionally and politely. With over 6 years of experience in the hospitality and services industry will be an advantage for my future occupation.
