I have got Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Travel, Travel Management and Tour Guides in Hong Bang International University, HCMC and Hotel & Restaurant Management Course in Saigon Tourism Vocational College. In my previous position as a Preschool Manager for Vang Anh Preschool in 3 yearseventhough I didn't work in hospitality industry. But during that time, I had had the opportunityto increase the number of students by 20% during the first year, 30% during the second year.And because of Covid - 19, the quality wasn't increase but kept the number of students assame as the second year. Besides it, I also had to receive and grasping feedbacks for the parents, handled the situationsand problems of the parents and students in the best way. I also took in charge to train the new teachers to maintain and improve professional skills in teaching solution andcommunication with parents.
