- Stand by everything before, during and after the shift - Greetings guest, give menu, serving guest as a waiter. - Handling guest complaint on the shift or any special happen without manager - Arrange roster every week for departments, check inventory and order non-food weekly, monthly or banquets if we have. - Doing paper work follow the company standard form - Responsible for workflow service standard on every service attendant - Sumarizing the shift and make the report for superior, prepair tools for the next days
- Begin the morning work shift and receive the day's work list. - Clean the rooms required first, then check out the occupied spaces. - Prepare special requirements in guest booking for check-in, for example, birthday events, weddings or anniversaries, and other special needs. - Ensure everything around the guest room is in order and tidy. - Answer and explain questions about the hotel's services. - Receive and handle guests' requirements or hand them to other departments
