Resource planning and recruitment: - Internal sources: Organized development plan for each leadership position in the hotel to create substitute sources. - External sources: build relationships with recruitment partners (Ha Long University, HR Association/ Club ...). Propose to develop a diversified and large source of candidates ensures that the Company always has resources. - Deploying recruitment according to the plan (creating source, organizing recruitment festival, media, organizing interviews, reviewing, selecting candidates ...), appraising, submitting candidate 4. Administration: - Cooperated with the Office of General Manager to complete legal procedures to ensure hotel operation: Mandatory certificates and licenses (Fire Prevention and Rescue, Spa, First Aid, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental monitoring, star rating, advertising, alcohol, tobacco, transportation ...) - Worked as a hotel’s representative when dealing with State management agencies on HR related matters and maintained a cooperative relationship with the authorities.
