-Housekeeping training for new staffs and instruct staffs to comply with the procedures of the resort. - Monitor and evaluate the working capacity of staffs. - Check at any time to ensure the staffs follows the procedures. - Create the best conditions for staffs to complete their tasks. - Resolve incidents within the scope of competence. - Check and track special notes of room`s reports. Regularly update information on the system to update the situation of changes in villas. Check for hygiene and defects of operating materials and equipment in the villa. Make sure the villa is in good condition before guests check in. - Carefully check the cleanliness of VIP rooms, long-term guest rooms and guest rooms with special requests. Ensuring the best quality service and making guests feel satisfied. - Inspect working tools, assign the work of cleaning equipment, tools, and objects in the staff's working area, ensure their hygiene and maintain them at all times. - Check and maintain work areas, the area outside the villas to ensure the area in charge is clean, neat and tidy. Report equipment that needs maintenance to the engineering department. - Implement and maintain security issues in the resort. - Perform other tasks are assigned by the department head. - Hand over details of unfinished work and incidents that occurred during the shift to the logbook and hand over to the takeover shift. Cooporate and support the security department in keeping the property of the guest as well as the hotel's lost & found procedure. Report damage or loss immediately for resolution. - Ready to provide information about hotel services when guests ask. - At the end of the shift, clean the equipment and store it properly in the hotel's designated place. - Hand over the room key to the order taker/shift supervisor after finishing work. - Support training and guiding new staffs work process following the hotel's standard. -Check the room after guest checked out, minibar and usage status of the equipment.
