I worked as an intern who held "Guest Relations Agent" position. However, I was working for 8 hours per day for 5 days a week in 4 months, just like an employee. My main tasks were taking care of the guests, provided them their needs and wants. Moreover, I did many "wow story" as surprises for the guests occasionally or simply just to thank them for trusting and using our services. Last but not least, I would say it's the most important, that I've prepared mostly daily meetings.

I was working there as a waitress, it was my first job ever. I had evening shift for the first half of my internship in order to learn how to take orders, get to know more about the hotel/restaurant and the system. I had a chance to practice and improve my German since most of the guests were from Germany and Switzerland, my boss taught me a lot in term of skills and language. I was lucky to have such a good team, we worked smoothly together, especially during the peak time of the year, winter. I even had a chance to help and serve during WEF (World Economic Forum) week.
