With 8 years in various roles within the hospitality industry, including Front Office management, guest relations, and executive operations. My passion for delivering exceptional customer service has always been at the forefront of my career. My experience working with renowned brands like Four Seasons and Accor has provided me with valuable insights into delivering top-notch guest service.
