Ensuring that all staff's performance and presentation are maintained at impeccable levels and development of staff within scope of responsibility. • Dealing with guest complaint and solving any special or emergency case may occur. • In charge of running and checking night audit report to ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue reservation, prices and other miscellaneous charge, receipts are correctly matched; any discrepancies will be investigated and report directly to Front Office Manager. • Keeping up to date with current promotions, pricing to get the best offer with guest. • Training new staff to comply with working procedures to ensure delivery the best customer services at all time • Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance complete regular inspections of the hotel facilities. • Responsible for the shift and also for briefings and the accurate handover to the next Assistant Manager and the next shift. • In charge of accounting control aspects at the Front Desk. • Co-ordinate with Security Department in the investigation of irregularities and undesirable guests. • Document any and all serious incidents that may occur.
