A few words about myself, I graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Management in 2019 in New Zealand. I am proud to say that I have built a strong knowledge up to 5 years experience working in different departments in hospitality, including 1 year with managing experience as a Duty Manager for a global hotel chain, Millennium Hotels and Resorts. All these experiences have brought me a strong mind set and utmost customer service skills. Above all, I highly value team engagement, which I believe that can be a key factor to drive and thrive a successful team. I am an outgoing person who always stay positive and calm in most situations. People know me for my friendliness. My hobby is reading books and going shopping, although I usually end up just window shopping. Travelling is also one of my interest because it helps me to open my mind.
