Inspired by the 'Stone Soup' story, where strangers and villagers share their food and stories, I aim to create The Third Ingredient - a platform to grow and solve outstanding challenges of the hospitality community in Vietnam. My expertise in the hospitality industry is complemented by a robust skill set in new business development and communication. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I leverage partnerships and digital platforms to elevate our market presence, thereby contributing to the resort's occupancy, loyalty and revenue growth. I have worked with some of the most prestigious brands in the industry, such as Marriott, Accor, and notable Vietnamese brands. Manage marketing budget, plan & strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards/goals • Track, analyze, and report on the ROI/performance of marketing initiatives, including online, offline, and loyalty programs • Develop marketing materials for all guest touchpoints & sales channels • Liaise with corporate, sister properties, local & international media, and tourism stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns.
