Inspired by the 'Stone Soup' story, where strangers and villagers share their food and stories, I aim to create The Third Ingredient - a platform to grow and solve outstanding challenges of the hospitality community in Vietnam. My expertise in the hospitality industry is complemented by a robust skill set in new business development and communication. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I leverage partnerships and digital platforms to elevate our market presence, thereby contributing to the resort's occupancy, loyalty and revenue growth. I have worked with some of the most prestigious brands in the industry, such as Marriott, Accor, and notable Vietnamese brands. I have also authored two books based on my travels and learnings across the U.S. and Greece, 'The Labyrinth of Cretan Cuisine' and 'A Cleaner Home, A Calmer Mind'. At Sheraton Phú Quốc Long Beach Resort, my role as a Marketing Communications Manager encompasses the orchestration of strategic marketing plans in consonance with our brand's vision and the property's objectives.
