Dear Sir/Madam, Please allow me to give an introduction of myself. I’m Nguyen Thi Mi Ni, from Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Recently graduated from University of Greenwich, pursuing in a Bachelor in Hospitality and Tourism Management. As part of my work experience, I’m working at Sofitel Saigon Plaza Hotel as telephone operator and have an experience in handing of all telephone communication with customer, provides quick, polite telephone service to guest and guaranteeing the smooth operation. Besides that, I joined Capella Hotel Singapore and have an experience serving as a banquet crew, learning their traits in giving the best quality service to our customers and working with a great team in the banquet department. Furthermore, I’ve also joined Tang as a Sales Assistant to further develop my interpersonal skills as I serve the walked-in customers at the store. It allows me to improve my language and communication skills. These three different job experience have helped me to improve problem solving skills when comes to dealing with different customers and also helped me to understand how the service industry works. It’s the heart of the service and sincerity that makes the difference and change their dinning or shopping experience or be helpful and attend guest’s any request or requirement. With the education I received from the school and the experience I gain from these three jobs. I am glad that it helped me to better understand the service industry and the responsibility required.
