Supervise all the bookings on system and reservation status, keep the revenue record always accurate for tracking and propose revenue plan. Watching others work of other supervisor, agent, CL, trainee. Maximize direct booking revenue and customer support service, phone support. Perform others duties assigned by Manager: arrange work shift, tracking record, training knowledge... Be in charge of all accommodation booking. Provide hotel facilities information and using telephone sale skill to encourage guest to reserve accommodation. Take care of reservation made by email. Confirm booking, provide hotel information, offer hotel service (transfer, tour, spa...) reply all others requests and question from guest. Take care of all sources of booking: OTAs, Travel Agent, Corporate Clients, Hotel website,... Take care of reservation, amended, cancellation of all resources booking (OTA, Corporate, Travel Agent..) Follow up re-confirmation, amend, request, No-show, late cancel, up-to-date support. Input data for booking on system. File all contracts and history reservation. Follow up deposit, payment, cancel policies, guest name, company stamps, group list, series info, cut off date... Take care of Extranet System (Agoda YCS, Booking,com Pulse, Expedia partner central, Tera Traveloka, Hotelbeds, Webbeds, Destination Asia...) and interfaced. Allotment/Inventory Control.
