I have a real passion for retailing, with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations. I am currently looking for a suitable position with an exciting retailer who promotes from within and rewards achievers. I have skills and knowledge essential for retailing and customer services from my previous jobs in Parkside Sunline hotel Ha noi. I would like to describe myself as hard working, creative and friendly employee; in addition, I enjoy working with the public in polite and helpful manner. I like to think I am someone who works well alongside others and easy to get along with as I am a sociable and opening person. My previous jobs have helped me build my confidence as a person and hopefully will carry on so. Dedicating the past 19 years of my career in the very most famous Hotels in the world, I have gained a great deal of knowledge in the Hotel Management and Customer Service industry. I can promise that I am dedicated in helping guests with all their needs; I always take initiative in my job; and I perform all my duties with accountability and integrity.
