During my time at the university, I’ve accumulated good knowledge in history, geography, itineraries, event managing, strategic managing, diplomatic protocol, etc., Beside lessons in theory, I’ve joined some tours to different itineraries of Vietnam like Mekong Delta, South Central Coast, and Central Highlands. Through those tours, I’ve had the opportunities to practice my presenting skill and professional courses. I’m confident in using Microsoft Office software, last year, I’ve taken the test of Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Excel and Word 2010 and got certificated. I’m also proficient in using English, as I’ve taken the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) this year and got the total score of 760. Forthcoming, I’ll be taking a Professional courses for tour guides class, to receive the vocational training certificate and tour guide ID card in inbound. In October 2019, I took part in “BenThanh Tourist’s Tour Guide Open Contest 2019” and received the Consolation prize. After that, I was the Semi-finalist of the “Ho Chi Minh City’s Best Tour Guide Open Contest 2019” and later was honored by my school. In December 2019, under the unit of senior students’ study called “Event management”, I found the sponsors who donated cash and kind up to 10,000,000 VND to run the event successfully. The event was called “Mong Phu Hoa” (Vanity Dreams), with the purpose to relive the golden age of traditional arts like acrobatics, magic performance, and lotto. The event was considered as one of the best events that ever held under a study course at HUFLIT, and received good feedback from attendees.
