- Patrol building public area and check the corridor floors : 2 times/day.
- Do the checklist for Front Desk to ensure and arrange facility in lobby in good condition.

- Make Event & Decoration plan for Resident on Holiday.
- Get approval and budget.
- Proceed plan in detail and take place.

Monitor and Control Quality Outsource Service Companies
- Instruct and do the training time by time for them
- Ensure their performance in accordance with the scope of work of service contract.
- Adjust the scope to meet the current status of the building (if any). Cooperate and Support SA & BTOS Team
- Guest room Registration
- Living data of SA and BTOS resident.
- Cooperate with leaders of SA&BTOS to ensure good service. Support SA & BTOS Team
- Do the procedure of registration and installation for internet/ parking/ electric.
- Collect all bill off electric, vntt's invoice check and send the bill to SABTOS
- Remind for late payment of electric of BTOS (get list debt from power company), vntt (get list debt from Accounting team).
- Living data of SA and BTOS resident.

- Ensure their performance in accordance with the scope of work of service contract.

- Work with Electric Company, VNTT Company to register for new user.
- Collect information, document for register.
