Owner representative to finance and accounting (at Premier Village Đà Nẵng Resort Managed by Accor) - Advising the Financial Controller on the improvement of the financial and accounting management system of the Company - Check all contract payment document, daily revenue, cash, payroll, refund… from Operation side to make sure the figure is correct - Examines the daily casts accounting reports and discusses with the team if special action needed. - Check and analyze P&L and forecast report, balance sheet, cash… Analyze reports, the capture changes in costs, liabilities … to promptly offer solutions to control costs according to the proposed plan - Participate in controlling inventory monthly and spot check physical inventory periodically - Check the registration tax code and tax rate of foreign suppliers to make sure exactly and not overpaid for Tax Dept - Be responsible for Tax (VAT, CIT, WHT, SCT, PIT) - Co-operate with internal audit to fixed issues. Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems and policy - Reviewing, controlling operation as SOP: expenses, revenue, process… Chief Accountant – Owner Sid (SUN GROUP) - Reviews store requisitions and purchase orders as per P&P - Coordinate with operation team to check and supply the checklist OS&E; FF&E; issue, revise the process and make the plan to hand over assets. - Planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the accounting department including internal controls, product, budget, forecast, payments. - Coordinate closely with operation team to control all account’s pre- opening and during operation must be complied with Vietnam Regulations. - Controlling Project & Capex fund – payment, statement, fixed asset, depreciation… - Give advice about Property All Risks and Business Interruption and others insurance for operation team - Controlling Bank, Cash and do Budget for Owner side, work with Operation team to build the pre-opening budget, yearly operation budget - Manage, check all expenses according to the approved pre-opening budget - Work directly with related 3rd parties when required including but not limited to auditors, bankers, tax officers, Residence owner, etc. - Support the owner representative in preparing the necessary legal documents before opening. - Controlling cash flow, in charge of Lease contract from Residence Owner: calculate PIT, calculate profit distribution of villa owner and work with owner to pay Promised Income (based on Lease contract) - Check and approve adjustment entries, handbook according to the company’s financial regulations and other relevant documents - In charge of Finance Statement– consolidate owner book and operation book, reconcile balance sheet.
