Owner representative to finance and accounting (at Premier Village Đà Nẵng Resort Managed by Accor) - Advising the Financial Controller on the improvement of the financial and accounting management system of the Company - Check all contract payment document, daily revenue, cash, payroll, refund… from Operation side to make sure the figure is correct - Examines the daily casts accounting reports and discusses with the team if special action needed. - Check and analyze P&L and forecast report, balance sheet, cash… Analyze reports, the capture changes in costs, liabilities … to promptly offer solutions to control costs according to the proposed plan - Participate in controlling inventory monthly and spot check physical inventory periodically - Check the registration tax code and tax rate of foreign suppliers to make sure exactly and not overpaid for Tax Dept - Be responsible for Tax (VAT, CIT, WHT, SCT, PIT) - Co-operate with internal audit to fixed issues.
