I firstly attended Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi as an Front office management trainee with mostly theoretical knowledge that i have gained from my University. i had experienced several roles from the hotel such as Guest Relation Officer, Front Office Agent, Butler, Duty Manager, and Night Auditor. i had been trained with my supervisors and performed all the task as the position above individually. i received several positive comment and evaluation in both during and after my internship. i had been classified as a quick learner, team player, high responsibility, highly pay attention to details. i contributed greatly to the hotel revenue generation through my up-sell record. Moreover, my problem solving skill, communication skill were improved after my internship. Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi is a place that brought the real industry view to me. it has contributed greatly to my future career.
