I have been working in hospitality environment for over 3 years. However, it is not plenty enough since many different problems come up every day. Duties: Work with Smile PMS Input reservations from OTAs, TAs, extranets, email or telephone into hotel management system. Verify guests' virtual credit card. Coordinate with sales department and manage all communication for group bookings and maintain all calendars for hotel and inform operation staff for same. Manage all incoming calls for reservation department and ensure response all queries and maintain professional relationship and atmosphere at all times. Pay attention to details - guest special requests, inquiries. Manage room rates, availability of room on OTAs, CMS depending on occupancy of the hotel. Check arrival reservation, verify payment method. Follow up and chase payment from TA sources. Assist to book and block all rooms according to required standards and manage all special reservations and monitor all reservations and discounts. Complete and maintain daily revenue reports, total pick up report, daily report expected, commission report. Do other takes assigned by manager.
Duties: Work with Smile PMS Welcome and greet guests Make and confirm reservations for guests Register and check guests in Verify guest's payment method Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management Inform housekeeping when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning Make bed, clean the room, support other departments - when needed Do other takes assigned by manager
Duties: Work with Skyhotel.vn Make the guests feel welcome. Complete procedures when the guests arrive and leave. Deal with special requests, complaints or problems from guests. Choose rooms on hotel management system and handing out keys to clients. Prepare bills and taking payments from customers. Be a point of contact for guests should they have any queries. Do other tasks as assigned by manager.
