In Logbook when finish Duty. • Report to HKM in urgent in case of emergency.

Report to HK Supervisor in the End of duty.
Manage all services for the Guest: cleanliness,gardener, defects of apartment, supervise the tenants according to maintenance in Process of contract . Training and supervise staff always follow procedure and working probbaly.
• Planning Housekeeping Department Project for Grand-Openning. • Building Maining Guide & Hiring staffs who adapted to every single position. • Building & Updating SOPs(Room - P/A - MainLaundry) ussually General trainning & OJT. • Supervising & Spotcheck worksheets,checklist of staffs daily. • Offerring Plan of Saving Cost Amenity, Cleaning materials & Make sure Good Enouge to supply base on Room Occupancy %. • Set up Parstock for Minibar - Amenity - Cleaning Materials - Chemicals. • Preventing & Resolving all Guest Complaints regarding Hskp.
