During the course of my academic career, my internship was attached to Receptionist and Guest Relation Officer at Vinpearl Resort and Golf Phu Quoc. I also managed to accrue 3 years of work experience in Customer Service. I have the privilege of working for TRAVELOKA and SONY project in Transcosmos Vietnam (Japanese company), where I learned valuable professional skills such as guest retention, catering operations and customer satisfaction. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as hard-working by my professors and peers. Whether working on academic, extracurricular or professional projects, I apply proven communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
