• Responsible for all legal aspects of T&T Hospitality’s Accounting; • Support long-range planning of development efforts by quantifying the cash flows to T&T Groups proposed hospitality development pipeline; • Interpret company performance to address identified business challenges and improvement opportunities; • Provide return on investment analysis on organizational initiatives ensuring the right financial approaches and resources are brought to bear. Analysis focuses on gathering and synthesizing current provincial data, understanding and modeling future provincial proposals, and developing presentations that compare data, highlight risks and focuses on qualitative and quantitative issues; • Support the evaluation of potential hospitality merger & acquisition opportunities accurately preparing pro formas, financial analyses and valuations of proposed transactions and presenting to (BOD) Board of Directors. Conduct due diligence and prepare company overviews to provide BOD with a preliminary view of potential target companies; • Lead and manage Feasibility Study activities of all project belong to T&T Hospitality; • Support post audits of prior investments, analyzing variances and presenting to BOD; • Support the development of BOD presentations to TTH’s Board of Directors; • Support key financial planning processes for the company analyzing regional profit and growth objectives; • Support company-wide long-range plan and annual budget processes; • Establish TTH Internal Policy & Procedure to assist with effective operation of the Accounting department. Particular focus on integrating P&P within 1: Company: T&T Hospitality 2. Hospitality investments managed directly by T&T Hospitality: 3. (HMA) Hospitality Management Agreements; • Handle all matters related to finance and accounting of the Hospitality investments managed directly by T&T Hospitality; • Control accounting system: review and reclassify or correct data if needed; • Ensure bookkeeping system; licensing is compliant with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)/Vietnam Tax and company policies; • Preparation and submission of financial & accounting reports as well as reconciliations; • Hands-on responsibility for all statutory requirements including audit, company income tax, value added tax, withholding tax, personal income tax, regulatory statistics reporting, etc., to ensure complete compliance with all governmental regulations and VAS; • Review daily financial transactions, purchase orders, expenditures… • Control the Cash flow by reviewing the expense monthly plan; • Implement the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declarations and tax issue resolutions such as VAT, PIT and CIT. Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government organizations related to finance and accounting matters; • (HMA) Hospitality Management Agreements or Franchise: Evaluating risk management activities within the organization, Ensuring laws and regulations are compliant, Offering an objective source of independent advice to help reach the goal and achieve legality and validity, operational effectiveness; • Prepare Financial critical path and pre-opening process ( budget, system, P&P…) for Hotel belong to T&T Hospitality.
