Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a related qualification in the field.

• Certification in HR, Recruitment, or Training (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

• Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred.

• Experience supporting or coordinating training initiatives is desirable.
