•Implements troubleshooting for these issues below:

o Microsoft Windows in Domain platform.

o Microsoft 365 Office suites

o L1 support PMS

o L1 support POS

o L1 supports computer hardware/network devices

o Network connection (wired network and WIFI)

o Customer's WIFI

• Maintains the operating status of the following systems:

o Server Cluster / Cụm máy chủ

o Internet service provider routers / Các bộ định tuyến nhà cung cấp dịch vụ Internet

o Core switches / Thiết bị chuyển mạch chính

o Edge switches / Thiết bị chuyển mạch nhánh

o Back up data / Sao lưu dữ liệu

o WIFI device / Thiết bị WIFI

o Firewall device / Thiết bị tường lửa

• Does daily IT operations checks / Thực hiện kiểm tra hoạt động CNTT mỗi ngày:

• Does monthly IT tasks such as / Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ CNTT hàng tháng như:

o Reviews user access ID lists for all applications and take corrective action as necessary

o Extracts and reviews server entry and exit logs and mark all unusual cases

o Makes sure all servers and computers are up to date.

o IT Contracts and expenses review

o Antivirus program for all all compatible devices are up to date

o Check ISP Bandwidth Utilization Report for optimized bandwidth usage

• Does quarterly IT tasks such as:

o Verify user and group information for all systems

o Scan for Personal pictures, music file, movie files for folder cleaning on File & Print Server

o Test the functionality and battery test UPS, i.e. APC UPS provide daily self-test and email the result

o Review server room interrogation log which should have 90-day record

• Does yearly IT tasks such as

o IT Self-Assessment Review & Remediation plan

o IT Contingency Plan

o Capital Expense and Operational Expense preparation

• Proactively tests all technologies being provided to customers and implements necessary demands to ensure the highest possible customer performance.

• Timely addresses the requests of end-user. All requests must be logged for future analysis

• Implementing these training tasks:

o Trains users on new applications, awareness of cybersecurity risks, PCI

o Regular trains in basic IT skills such as: Office365, Windows functionality, PC maintenance, etc.

• Perform regular inventory checks to ensure:

o All device hardware input/output is recorded

o All software being approved by the MHI Group IT Officer or the IT Manager have to have the appropriate license

• University degree in Computer Science or Systems Administration
• Microsoft Professional Certificate
• Cisco certification in network infrastructure is preferable
• English Communication Skill, spoken & written
• Has deep understand about network infrastructure (both wired and Wifi) and Windows environment (server/client).
• Software/hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels
• Is expert in computer applications, good use of technology and network services.
• Has a theoretical understanding of PMS concepts
• At least 2 years in a supervisory position, being responsible for the operation of Information Technology/systems
