Mô tả công việc

Audit and Reconcile all kinds of revenues between POS-PMS-Sun System on a daily basis via back up the page
Collect and check all paperwork for Revenue Audit purpose
Perform revenue breakdown to reflect business financial result accurately
Coordinates, implements and follows up on Accounting SOP audits for all areas of the property.
Ensure all rebates, voided checks, and miscellaneous charges are verified following Hotel Policy and supported by documentation detailing the charges.
Ensure Month End Report for Revenue accurately and meet the deadline
Check all function bills with BEO/contract or amendments signed by the customer. All differences must be investigated
Daily checking VAT and SCT invoice with check out folio and POS, PMS system and compliant with updated Tax and VAT invoice issuance law. Process scheduled tax declaration
Cooperate with the related department for Promotion Program Registration as per Vietnamese Law
Analyzes information related to Revenue charge and evaluates results to choose the best solution & solve problems.
Assist Financial Controller during Internal and External Audit
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
