-Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department ensuring that all rooms and public areas are maintained in a sanitary and hygienic condition.
-Develop and manage the department's budget, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment and make adjustments to reduce costs while maintaining high standards.
-Prepare and maintain housekeeping department reports, including staff schedules, room status reports, and maintenance logs.
-Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, including room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry staff.
