- The main duty of a Reservation Agent is to assist customers with planning and booking reservations. This can mean booking a hotel room, a car rental, airplane tickets, a cruise package or tickets to a show.
- Reservation Agents must be very knowledgeable on the services they are selling or promoting.
- Responsible to ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into the system and is of highest quality, and errors are kept to an absolute minimum.
- The Reservation Agent is responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the Reservation area of the Hotel whilst on duty.
- To ensure that you are completely aware of the complete range of services and facilities that the hotel will provide to its guests and visitors.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in English and other language is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and able to work witth various departments.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in English Language University, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Good negotiation skill, excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
