Mô tả công việc
- Attend Daily Morning Briefing, Performance Review Meeting and other adhoc meetings, taking and preparing minutes.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences;
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes;
- Setup the travel arrangements for the Hotel’s Top of Management;
- Maintain the calendar for the Hotel’s General Director/Owner;
- Minor translation/interpretation duties;
- Check and ensure all documents qualified for approval;
- Coordinate project-based work.
