- Do check in/ check out for guests in professional manner and to hotel standards
- To assist our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions.
- To maintain Hotel’s high standard of hospitality at all times.
- Have thorough knowledge of all Front Office operations.
- Be mainly in charge of handling guest concerns, issues during their stay with the hotel

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in the same position as fulltime/trainee in a 4-5 star hotel.
- Good English and Vietnamese both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledgeable regarding principles and processes for providing personalized customers and personal services.
- Able to develop and maintain productive customer relationships by actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs.
- Able to use Microsoft Office software and internet browsers.
- Creative and well organized, able to work in shifts and under high pressure.
