, I have been working in the Hotel industry for 15 years with extensive experience in the hotel industry, I have specialized in hotel operations, management, and sales & marketing across the Philippines and Vietnam. Through all these working experiences I obtained valuable experiences in handling many different tasks, including having eyes to forecast & carrying forward my decision with team, customer services, good relationship with Travel agencies and corporates, interpersonal & communication skills and handling efficiently coordinating with various people from different cultures and backgrounds. I am confident that I can perform the job effectively and responsibly with loyalty for the company. I could be assigned as an operation side & Sales at the same time, and I would like to admire the chance to learn about the new environment & challenge to improve my ability too. Most recently, from April 2021 to July 2023, I led the successful opening of the 106-room Kovie Hotel in Hai Phong, Vietnam. This project, owned by Vietnamese Construction Company and operated by LG affiliates in Korea, was a significant achievement where I built and managed a high-performance team, maintaining strong collaborative relationships with LG. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we successfully established the hotel as a prominent player in the market. Additionally, I have managed two hotels in Ha Long Bay: Wyndham and the soon-to-open Wyndham Garden. In these roles, I have been deeply involved in shaping the hotel's internal structure, floor-by-floor room arrangements, room type concepts and interiors, and setting revenue and operational standards in line with Wyndham's guidelines. I am particularly excited about the opportunity to bring my expertise to the hotel.
