I have joined Legacy CSC since June 2012 as Project Manager. My main responsibility was building up a first Infrastructure Delivery within Vietnam Delivery Center Since 2014, I have worked as Service Delivery Manager for Manulife Account across Asia Countries, focusing on Modern Workplace Services. My role consists of building & deploying standard processes across countries, increasing Client’s relationship across offerings. Besides that, building mixed 40 members ITO & Modern Workplace in Vietnam Delivery Center and providing professional Service to multiple Client in the world base on: • Identified opportunities on current project, foresee for new coming project • Identified suitable resource for Project’s requirements with multiple skill sets on multiple channels such as Platform, Workplace, and NGDM • Maintained an open communication line with Client, Account Execute, Client Manager, Leader, and End User to propose, advise, satisfy for any Incident, Request, Change occur within project and to ensure client priorities are being met, services are coordinated, on time, and of high quality • Responsibilities included management and oversight of ITIL, Agile Process in delivering Services which include incident management, problem management, service request management, change management, service level management and configuration/release management. • Represented Service Delivery organization in account and client settings, such as Service Delivery Reviews, Issue Postmortems, New Business, and Governance. • Collaborated with other team members to ensure consistency of delivery, adherence to standard practices, and continuous improvement. • Point of contact for process related questions or issues and facilitates process related meetings. • Ensured Project’s Contractual service support requirements are understood and managed. • Recommended and implemented ITIL continual service improvement plans to improve the service offering. • Has been received Recognition by Account Team for a Best Service in 2014 • Manage team to complete a Hardware Refreshment project in 2015 for Manulife Account across all Asia • Complete UTC Diversify auditing project in 2015 in Green Level Before joining DXC, I had worked as IT Manager in multiple mid-sized companies developing Call Center Solution, VMWare, Hyper-V, CRM, Report distribution and document archiving solutions.
