Demi Pastry Chef de Partie ( Baker)

• Guide and supervise the work and staff of the Bakery Kitchen Team
• Directly make bakery/cakes according to the restaurant's menu, at the request of diners and the chef
• Responsible for the quality and presentation of bakery items
• Recommend new cakes to change and improve the restaurant's cake menu, increasing customer satisfaction
• Check and ensure the quality of baking ingredients
• Monitor preparation of pillow materials for the next shift
• Monitor, check and preserve tools, freezers, refrigerators, ovens, stoves... tools used daily in the work area
• Keep the baking area clean, clean the work area and tools or utensils daily and monthly as assigned by the department.
• Perform other tasks in the bakery department as requested by superiors
• Perform other tasks as directed and arranged by superiors.

Full Salary & monthly Service Charge in probation period.

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field. 

Experience : At least 01 years experience as a baker/pastry commis or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
