Mô tả công việc

1. Main tasks

Manage and work directly with clients following sales procedure

- Create a tour program to meet a clients’ expectations and satisfy clients’ demands

- To be proactive in promoting Easia new product to clients & regularly remind them about Easia new production

- Update and advise on information related to destinations and services to clients

- To take part in annual strategic works of team & be in charge of setting sales targets of assigned clients

- Analyze the conversion rate of each client on monthly basis and do the proper follow up on every request sent to clients

- To be in charge of annual process of renewing client products.

- Manage clients’ information and ensure information security

- Complete and update clients’ profiles on customer software

- Work closely with the Operation Department to solve problems arising on the spot as well as reply to client’s complaints

- Understand competitor of the destination

Work with Sales team leader on assigned prospects

- To analyze the existing product of prospects

- To create a tour program to match prospects’ expectations

- To understand the competition and react accordingly

- Follow up with prospect about their feedback of our products

- Update the feedback of prospect to SDM & to related departments

2. Other Tasks

- Complete other tasks assigned by STL (such as: training newcomer, back up other team member, preparing report…)

- Attend weekly Team meeting

- Join inspection trips

- Escort client FAM trips

- Attend training courses to improve skills as well as work performance

- Actively take part in evaluation process of the department and the Company

Yêu cầu công việc

Competency

- Good command of written and spoken English or German or French

- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Solid understanding on sales processes

- Good knowledge of client: Production spirit & requirements & clients’ expectations

- Capacity to convince / close a deal

- Good knowledge of the destination

- Evaluate the situation with each client

- Good analytical, problem-solving skills and strong-decision making skills

- Strong communication skills

- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and priorities work

- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects

- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive

Education

- University: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages / Management or other related majors
