Communicate and guide employees of all departments to ensure all employees understand the promulgated procedures and regulations. Escape skills and handling of emergencies. Drafting instructions for handling and responding to hypothetical situations that may cause insecurity and safety throughout the store system. - Periodically evaluate and recommend rewards or discipline for relevant department employees - Participate in meetings with the Board of Directors and department heads.

- Strict control of theoretical export/import goods (SAP system) and physical goods. - Control damaged goods and destroy them according to procedures. -Operate the camera system to monitor activities at CHs. - Control compliance with signed regulations and procedures. - Supervise, and manage outsourced security forces, use and maximize security supply services. - Ensuring security, fire prevention, and preventing loss of supermarket goods. - Develop a guaranteed operation plan with a reasonable personnel structure. - Training basic vocational skills and knowledge of fire prevention and fighting for employees. - Inspire employees to be clearly aware of service attitudes in the service profession. Understand and promote the beauty and culture of the company. - Regularly organize simulation situations & maintain fire prevention teams. - Organize a Quick Reaction Force to respond to emergency situations 24/7 (loss of security - fires - riots - strikes...) ensuring the best condition. - Directly handle related issues and incidents. Supervise outsourced security forces and outsourced cleaning teams to perform security & cleaning work. - Directly handle issues and complaints related to customers. - Coordinate with local police agencies to handle thieves and robbers. - Supervise the import and export of goods/assets. - Prepare loss prevention plans. Fire and explosion in the supermarket. - Prepare security procedures and monitor compliance with procedures by employees throughout the supermarket. - Maintain relationships with local authorities and adjacent residents.
