-Responsibilities: Receive handover the property to preopening, setup engineering department to operation and maintenance of systems: M&E, ELV, FIRE ALARM, HVAC, WATER, STP, utilities equipment, etc. -Management and executive staff of maintenance department. -Support and take care of landscaping department. -Prepare and set up events, conferences, wedding parties ... -Take care and follow-up Utilities - POMEC to make plan energy saving, environment protection... -Make the budget, plan employee training programs. -Reporting for management about activities. -I left this project due to the effects of COVID
